    What your clients would receive

    • Research and thesis-fit views linked to their mandate.
    • Diligence findings, checklists and gaps at company and asset, vehicle, fund and manager level.
    • Investment committee memos and recorded decisions with their evidence attached.
    • Monitoring, thesis review and reporting that roll up to the full portfolio.

    What to bring to discovery

    • Who uses your platform and where investment decisions sit in their journey.
    • Where living diligence, continuous research or committee decisions could help your clients.
    • Which client workflow would be useful to explore first.
    • Any data, integration or governance questions you would like to discuss.

    What happens next

    1. 01

      Discovery

A conversation about your clients, where decisions happen today and which part of the journey could benefit from a continuing diligence record.

    2. 02

      Scoped pilot

If there is a fit, agree one client segment and one useful workflow to evaluate, with data handling and success criteria defined first.

    3. 03

      Integration

Review the product, security, legal and operational requirements before agreeing any integration or distribution approach.

    4. 04

      Launch and expand

Any wider rollout follows an agreed scope and measured results from the initial workflow.

    Why discovery comes before scope

Your clients already use your platform for part of their private capital journey. We start by understanding what they need before, during and after an investment decision. That helps identify whether research, living diligence or committee records would add meaningful value.

We can then discuss the right shape of collaboration, whether that is an introduction, distribution or a product experience. Any integration, brand treatment or data exchange needs its own technical and governance review.

    What we will ask you

Who uses your platform, and which decisions do they make before and after a transaction? Where do research, diligence and committee records live today? Which first workflow might help your clients most? What technical, data and governance constraints would shape it? Those answers give us a basis for a useful next step.

    The boundary, before you ask

Reuben AI does not hold client money or settle transactions. Where a step belongs to a licensed party, responsibilities should be defined clearly. Data isolation, access and residency questions can be reviewed on the security and residency page so your risk team can read them before the call rather than after it.

Commercial structure depends on the agreed scope and delivery model. The considerations are set out on the commercials page.

    Questions before you enquire

Is the first conversation a sales call?

It is a conversation about the clients you serve, their decision journey and where a continuing diligence record might add value. Any scope or commercial structure follows that discussion.

Who should be in the room?

A leader who understands your clients and someone who shapes the platform or partnership strategy. Technical or governance colleagues can join if useful.

Do we need engineering capacity to start?

No. A first conversation can explore distribution as well as a potential product integration. Technical requirements would be assessed before making an implementation commitment.

What does a pilot look like?

If there is a fit, we would agree one client segment, one useful workflow and appropriate data and review criteria together.
