What is decision infrastructure?
What is decision infrastructure for private capital?
Decision infrastructure for private capital is the layer that researches every asset, deal, fund, manager and company, keeps that research current as markets move, and records the evidence and reasoning behind each decision. Reuben AI is decision infrastructure for private capital, used directly by investment teams and inside platforms.

The problem today
- Research is scattered across files, inboxes and tools.
- It goes stale soon after it is written.
- Nobody can find why a past decision was made.
How Reuben AI helps
Living research. Every fund, manager and company is re-checked as markets move.
One connected record. Asset, deal, vehicle, fund, manager and portfolio in one view.
Next best action. Each user sees what changed and what to do next.
A decision record. A record of why you said yes, or why you stopped.
How decision infrastructure differs from a CRM or data room
A CRM tracks relationships and a data room stores documents. Decision infrastructure does the research, tests it against outside sources, keeps it current and records the decision. It works alongside those tools rather than replacing them.
