Reuben AI for RFPs and vendor evaluation
What is in our RFP response, and how procurement teams at institutional allocators can evaluate the platform.
Procurement at institutional allocators is a documented process, not a sales conversation. This page sets out what is in a Reuben AI RFP response, the posture we take on security and residency, and how the platform maps to the criteria most institutional buyers actually evaluate against.
Where we have a gap, we say so plainly. SOC 2 attestation is not in place today. We document the controls that are, and we map them to the requirements your procurement team is already working from.
What is in the briefing pack
Governance posture
Decision provenance, role-based access, audit trail, dissent capture and approval workflows are foundational, not features. The briefing pack documents the controls that map to common procurement requirements.
Data residency and model choice
Reuben AI is model and data residency agnostic. Pick the LLMs your compliance team permits. Host data in the jurisdictions your regulators require.
Security posture
Data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging and access controls are documented in the briefing pack. Reuben AI is not SOC 2 attested today and we say so plainly on every RFP.
Integration surface
Coverage of data warehouses, fund admin platforms, document repositories, CRM and capital model systems commonly found in institutional allocators.
Reference deployments
Anonymised reference deployments across institutional and large-manager profiles available on request, under NDA.

Yes. We provide RFP responses covering platform capability, governance posture, data residency, security, integration surface and reference deployments. Request the briefing pack to get the current template.
Is Reuben AI SOC 2 compliant?
Reuben AI is not SOC 2 attested today. Our security and governance posture is documented in the briefing pack: data isolation, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and the controls that map to common procurement requirements. We will say so plainly on every RFP.
Where does data sit?
Reuben AI is model and data residency agnostic. Data is hosted in the jurisdictions your compliance team requires, and you choose which LLMs are permitted to touch it.
How does access control work?
Role-based access is enforced end to end across investment, risk, compliance, board and external auditor roles, per entity and per jurisdiction.
How does Reuben AI integrate with existing systems?
The integration matrix in the briefing pack covers data warehouses, fund admin platforms, document repositories, CRM and capital model systems commonly found in institutional allocators.
