What's Coming Next
August 2026
Funds Master Register
Every fund and vehicle sits in one register, including feeders, SPVs and sidecars held as child vehicles under their parent. Committed, called and distributed capital and underlying NAV roll up automatically, with a breakdown by asset class and organisation tag.
Capital and LP Operations
A single workspace for the raise and for running the fund after it closes. Capital and LPs, fund economics, performance roll up, an LP communications hub, setup and compliance all sit in the same place, so commitments, drawdowns and LP records stop being spread across spreadsheets.
Investor Onboarding and LP Portal
Investors are onboarded in the platform and land in an LP portal that shows their commitment, what has been called, what has been distributed and what cashflow is coming. Fund branding is applied through Fund Design, so the portal looks like the manager rather than the software.
Capital Calls and Distributions
Payment rails now cover connected accounts, capital call charges, LP payments and a payments operations board. A call goes out, the money is tracked against the right LP and the right vehicle, and the record updates without a separate reconciliation pass.
Reporting Integrity and Period Locking
The Reporting Hub adds a custom report builder and a reporting integrity view. Once a period is closed it is locked, and any change after that point is recorded as a restatement with a visible trail, so a number in an LP report can always be traced back to the version it was reported in.
Compliance Calendar and Audit Packs
A fund compliance calendar tracks raise obligations and recurring filings. Compliance packs, audit pack export and accountant export packs, single fund or consolidated, are produced from the same records the fund runs on, which shortens the quarter end handoff to the administrator, auditor or accountant.
Fund of Funds and Allocator Tooling
Allocators get a manager directory, side by side manager comparison, their own diligence workspace on a manager and a triangulated view across analysts. Fund of funds managers get dedicated tabs for managers, portfolio of funds and completions.
July 2026
Dedicated Deal Pages with Quick Actions
Every deal now has its own page and shareable link at /solutions/deal-pipeline/[id], instead of only opening in a popup. Seven tabs on every deal (Overview, Analysis, Documents, Notes, Activities, Due Diligence, Governance). A sticky side panel lets the team add notes and tasks in one click, with a keyboard shortcut to save. On phones the panel slides up from the bottom.
Manager Selection for LPs and Fund of Funds
New screens for LPs and fund of funds to compare managers side by side, run their own due diligence workspace on a manager, and get a triangulated view across their analysts. A new staging area to load fund of funds holdings.
Payment Rails
New surfaces to handle capital calls, distributions, LP payments and network fee reconciliation without leaving the platform.
Public Directories
A public Startup Directory and a Mid Market Directory, with dedicated pages per company, per location and per sector. Founders can be discovered, and each page is a public search surface pointing back into the platform.
Opportunity Portals
New public portals for founders and sponsors to submit a deal, track the status of their submission, and receive matched opportunities.
Founder Portal v2
Founders can now connect their Google Drive or Dropbox in one click, submit monthly operating updates and actuals, keep governance records in one place, and see the full history of every document they have shared.
Australian Wholesale and Licensee Sign Off
New workflows for Australian wholesale investor certification and licensee sign off, aligned with ASIC and AFSL requirements.
CRM Import Wizard and Relationships Hub
One click import from Attio, Affinity, Pipedrive and HubSpot. A new relationships view that pulls contacts, deals and companies into a single graph. New contact detail pages. See the Affinity, Attio and Pipedrive migration guides.
Accountant Exports
Structured exports for fund administrators and accountants, so quarter end handoff stops being a manual spreadsheet job.
Market Signals
Continuous monitoring of market moves and sector news, running alongside the existing Market Research surface.

Workflow Engine + 4 System Templates
One workflow engine for deals, compliance and onboarding. Four pre-built templates ship by default, Standard Deal Process, Quick Screening, Due Diligence and Compliance Onboarding, with auto-advance on completion criteria, reviewer SLAs and a unified audit trail. See Deal Workflow Automation.
Co-Investment Matching
Persistent LP and family-office mandate profiles, deal-to-investor match scoring, and a private investor network directory. Co-invest flow stops living in spreadsheets and becomes a first-class surface inside the platform.
Cross-Deal Analytics

Deal Room v2, Milestones + Categorised Q&A
Typed milestones (signing, closing, regulatory) with status workflow and dependencies, alongside categorised Q&A threads (financial, legal, commercial, tech) with answer-to-impact tracking. The deal room becomes the system of record for the closing process.
Deal Intelligence, Counterparty, Comps, Structured Terms
Persistent counterparty profiles with mandate, preferences and relationship strength; valuation comps tables with public, transaction and DCF assumptions; and structured deal terms with version history for equity, debt and convertible instruments.
Financial Normalisation
AI-assisted EBITDA and free-cash-flow normalisation with categorised adjustments, owner comp, one-off, related party, and a side-by-side reported vs normalised view. Computed margins, growth and leverage ratios update live as adjustments change.
CRM Enhancement, Unified Contacts
Cross-source contact view that merges deal contacts and counterparty profiles, with flexible key-value extensions on any entity. Engagement-level badges and source-type indicators show where each relationship lives.
Blueprint Wizard + Extended Asset Classes
Five-step Blueprint Wizard (Basics → Scoring → DD Sections → AI Prompts → Review) with auto-save and dictation. Manifest-driven asset-class onboarding ensures new asset classes are wired end-to-end before they ship, DB triage, analysis router, blueprint registry, rubric registry, with a certification test that fails loudly on drift.
Training Hub
In-platform training articles with category filtering, difficulty levels, target roles and per-user completion tracking. Built so new analysts and operating partners onboard inside the workflow rather than alongside it.
