Reuben AI

    Partner archetype

Decision infrastructure for data providers and research vendors

Data vendors are valued on coverage and accuracy, then judged on whether a customer actually used the data. Reuben AI turns a data product into a decision product: the vendor's data feeds mandate-aware screening, diligence and reporting inside a workflow that carries the vendor's brand.

A data provider's problem is rarely the data. It is that the customer has to take the data somewhere else to do anything with it, so the vendor cannot see whether the data changed a decision, and renewal conversations turn into coverage comparisons.

Owning the workflow is the obvious answer and the expensive one. Building screening, diligence, evidence retention and reporting is a multi-year programme that has little to do with the data business itself.

An embedded layer gives the vendor the workflow without the build. The vendor's data drives mandate-aware screening, appears inside diligence output with attribution back to the vendor as the source, and flows into reporting. Usage becomes visible, and the data becomes part of a decision the customer can point to.

    What you already own

    • Coverage, accuracy and data operations
    • The customer relationship and renewal
    • Taxonomy and entity resolution
    • Distribution channels and pricing

    What is missing today

    • A workflow surface where the data is actually applied
    • Attribution when the data supports a decision
    • Visibility of how customers use the data
    • Retention of the decisions the data contributed to

    How the layer applies

    Research and decisioning

Screen and score using the vendor's data as a primary input.

    Diligence and evidence

Attribute findings back to the vendor as the cited source.

    Transaction and onboarding workflow

Relevant where the vendor also supports onboarding or verification.

    Portfolio and reporting operations

Feed monitoring and reporting with continuing data updates.

    Integration surface

    • Data exchange in both directions
    • White-label workflow surface carrying the vendor brand
    • API and MCP access for the vendor's own agents
    • Attribution metadata on every cited claim

    Questions from this archetype

Who owns the data in an embedded workflow?

The vendor owns its data and sets the licensing terms. The layer applies it inside the workflow and attributes it as the source.

Does Reuben AI resell partner data?

No. Data exchange terms are set by the vendor. Reuben AI does not resell a partner's data outside the agreed scope.

Can our own agents read the workflow?

Yes, through the API or MCP, scoped to the tenant and the permissions the partner sets.
