Does Reuben AI touch client money?
No. Reuben AI is software. It does not hold client money, does not act as a payment institution, and does not settle transactions. It holds the decision record and the operational workflow around the transaction.
Does this replace our reconciliation?
No. Reconciliation stays on the platform. The layer consumes settlement outcomes as events and uses them to keep positions and reporting current.
How is the record retained?
Each decision carries a provenance chain: the underlying data, the reasoning, the people involved and the approvals. It is retrievable for the life of the relationship, subject to the retention terms the partner sets.
