Reuben AI

    For your role

For the chief executive of a platform or network

Distribution businesses defend themselves with relationships. That defence weakens when users have to leave the platform to do the work that matters. Embedding a decision and operations layer keeps the work, the record and the renewal conversation inside your business, without a multi-year build.

    The position this creates

A platform that only introduces parties is judged on introductions. A platform that also carries the decision, the evidence and the operational workflow is judged on outcomes, and outcomes are much harder for a competitor to replicate.

The strategic question is not whether AI belongs in the product. It is whether the intelligence users apply to your flow runs inside your surface or somewhere else. Every process that happens elsewhere is a renewal risk and a lost record.

    • Work that stays on the platform is work you can improve.
    • Records that stay on the platform are records you can evidence.
    • Users who complete a full workflow with you are harder to displace.

    The revenue surface

Embedding capability creates a paid tier that is genuinely different from the base product rather than a repackaging of it. The partner sets pricing, because the partner owns the client relationship.

We do not publish partner economics, and we do not invent them. Commercial models are agreed per partnership and depend on deployment model, volume and support expectations.

The risk you are not taking

Building this internally means hiring for a discipline that is not your core business, then maintaining it against a moving field. Buying a point tool means integrating something that solves one step of a workflow that has many.

An embedded layer is reversible in a way a build is not. A scoped pilot on one segment tells you whether the capability changes user behaviour before anything larger is committed.

    Your brand stays in front

In a white-label deployment users see your identity and your domain. Reuben AI is not surfaced unless you choose to name it, and some partners do choose to, because a credible underlying layer can be a reason to trust the platform.

    Questions in this seat

    Why not build this ourselves?

Some partners should. The question is whether decisioning, evidence retention and fund operations workflow are close enough to your core business to justify the ongoing investment, or whether your advantage is in distribution and relationships. Most distribution businesses conclude the second.

What does a pilot commit us to?

One segment and one workflow. The point of a scoped pilot is to produce evidence about user behaviour before a wider integration decision.

Can we name Reuben AI publicly?

That is a partner decision. Neither naming nor anonymity is a requirement.
